Our Mission

To build a scalable, trusted compostable-packaging ecosystem through the HZF Degradable Supply Chain Alliance—replacing conventional plastics with certified compostable solutions, reducing plastic leakage into the environment, and helping lower the long-term risks associated with microplastic exposure.

We do this by operating as an industry collaboration platform, not a single factory:

Technology sharing, done right: We enable qualified members to adopt proven compostable-material technologies through patent licensing, clear technical specifications, and coordinated production standards.

Alliance-scale manufacturing: We connect upstream and downstream partners across the value chain—raw materials → film extrusion → printing → converting → finished packaging—to deliver stable quality with scalable capacity.

Quality and compliance as a system: We align partners around consistent process control and testing, supporting internationally recognized compostability requirements (e.g., ASTM D6400, EN 13432, and NF T51-800 where applicable to the final structure).

Real application outcomes: We focus on packaging that works in real markets and real supply chains—such as vacuum packaging, cold-chain packaging, coffee high-barrier packaging, snack packaging, and more—so sustainable packaging is practical, not theoretical.

Our Vision

A packaging industry where performance and sustainability go together—where certified compostable materials are widely adopted at industrial scale, and packaging no longer becomes persistent pollution in the environment.

We envision the HZF Biodegradable Supply Chain Alliance as the model for how compostable packaging should scale:

From innovation to mass adoption: Turning patented materials science into reliable, repeatable production across multiple qualified partners—so brands can launch and scale with confidence.

A low -plastic-leakage-problem future: Packaging designed for responsible end-of-life pathways, helping reduce the chance that waste becomes uncontrolled plastic leakage.

A healthier relationship with materials: A future that reduces dependence on conventional plastics in everyday packaging applications, supporting efforts to limit microplastic accumulation in ecosystems and, ultimately, in people.

A co-built green ecosystem: An open, collaborative industrial network—uniting premium suppliers and manufacturers—so sustainable packaging becomes the default choice for global brands, not a niche option.

What Makes Our Alliance Different :

Alliance platform, not a single plant: Coordinated production and shared standards across partner factories.

Patented technology foundation: Built on decades of film innovation and a strong patent portfolio.

Standardized collaboration: Clear specifications, qualification processes, and quality systems that make scale-up smoother.

Market-ready focus: We prioritize packaging formats and performance that brands actually need—barrier, sealability, runnability, and supply stability.
